At Kyra, satisfaction is our baseline. While we strive for perfection in every piece, we understand that true luxury requires flexibility. You may return your ordered items and withdraw from the sales contract up to 15 days after their receipt.

Conditions of Return

To maintain our strict standards of excellence:

  • Condition: All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with the signature Kyra packaging intact.

  • Exclusions: Please note that customized products and specific limited-edition collections are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

The Refund Process

Once your return is received and passes our meticulous quality inspection, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Processing: Your refund will be credited back to the original payment method used to place the order.

  • Timeline: While we process returns promptly, it may take 3–7 business days for the credit to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.

  • Full Cycle: The entire return and refund process typically settles within 3–4 weeks from the date of postage.

Damages and Issues

We inspect every piece meticulously before shipping. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item:
